Information We Collect

No account. Pitch Tile does not ask for your name, email address or any other sign-in to play.

Your progress. Stars, best scores, unlocked levels, your daily streak, which notes you find hardest and how you like to name notes are saved on your device: in your browser's local storage on the web, and in the app's own storage on Apple devices. They are never sent to us.

Help requests. If you contact us through the Help page, we keep the email address, subject, description and any files you send, so we can answer you.

Technical logs. The servers that host pitchtile.com keep request logs, which can include your IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure and to fix problems. The app does not connect to our servers.

We do not show ads, we do not use analytics or tracking cookies, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.

Who Processes Your Data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the requests your browser makes to pitchtile.com and stores the help requests you send us.

Deleting Your Data

Because your progress lives on your device, you are in control of it. Clearing this site's data in your browser, or deleting the app, removes it completely. To have a help request you sent deleted, send another request from the Help page asking us to remove it.

Children

Pitch Tile is suitable for all ages. Since we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect any from children.
