Use of Service

Pitch Tile is an ear training game for your own personal use. You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it or to access it in ways other than through the pages we provide.

Your Progress

Your stars, scores, streaks and settings are saved only on your device. There is no account, so we cannot restore them if you clear your browser data, delete the app or change devices.

Content

The game, its levels, music, artwork and code belong to Pitch Tile. The melodies used in boss levels are traditional tunes in the public domain.

Limitation of Liability

Pitch Tile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
